Thai Spiced Cinnamon Tea

A warm, aromatic tea infused with the natural sweetness and spice of Thai cinnamon. Perfect for cozy evenings or as a relaxing afternoon drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 1–2 MEKOMAN Thai Canela Cinnamon Sticks

  • 1–2 tsp honey or MEKOMAN Rock Sugar (optional)

  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)

  • 1–2 black tea bags (optional for a stronger tea)


Instructions

  1. Pour water into a small saucepan and add cinnamon sticks (and ginger if using).

  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.

  3. Remove from heat. Add honey or rock sugar to sweeten, if desired.

  4. Strain into cups and serve warm.


Serving Tip

  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a slice of lemon for extra visual appeal.

  • Can be served iced for a refreshing spiced beverage.


Bonus Dessert Idea: Cinnamon-Infused Rice Pudding

  1. Add 1–2 cinnamon sticks to coconut milk while heating.

  2. Stir in cooked rice, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Simmer until creamy. Remove cinnamon sticks before serving.
