Ingredients

  • 50–100g MEKOMAN Dried Beancurd Rolls Sticks

  • Water for soaking

  • Your choice of vegetables, sauces, and seasonings


How to Prepare

Basic Soak & Rehydrate:

  1. Soak dried beancurd rolls in warm water for 30–60 minutes until soft.

  2. Drain and gently squeeze out excess water.

  3. Cut or roll as needed for your recipe.

Stir-Fry:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan.
