Ingredients

1 box (7oz) MEKOMAN Uncooked Prawn Crackers

Cooking oil (vegetable, canola, or peanut oil) for frying

Optional: chili powder, sea salt, or your favorite seasoning
Instructions

Pour cooking oil into a deep pan or wok, filling it about 2–3 inches deep. Heat over medium-high until hot (around 350°F / 175°C).

Take a few uncooked prawn crackers at a time and carefully drop them into the hot oil.

Watch as the crackers puff up in just a few seconds. They expand quickly and become crisp.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the puffed crackers and drain on a paper towel.

Repeat with the remaining crackers. Season lightly with chili powder, sea salt, or preferred seasoning while still warm.
