Ingredients

1 cup liquid (broth, stock, or sauce)

1–2 tsp MEKOMAN Arrowroot Powder

Cold water (for slurry)
How to Use

Mix arrowroot powder with a small amount of cold water to form a smooth slurry.

Bring your soup or sauce to a gentle simmer.

Slowly stir in the arrowroot slurry.

Continue cooking for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Serving Tip
